After delivery and setup, double-wide manufactured homes often require interior restoration to correct transport-related damage, alignment imperfections, and unfinished details left during installation. In this project, Baccuma Construction completed a full post-delivery interior restoration to bring the home to a proper finished condition.
The work included wall repairs, correction of seams and transitions along the marriage line, trim adjustments, and full interior painting to create a consistent and uniform appearance throughout the home. Special attention was given to surfaces and materials specific to manufactured housing to ensure long-lasting results.
This restoration significantly improved both the visual quality and livability of the home, delivering a clean, polished interior ready for immediate occupancy.
