Manufactured homes that remain unused or stored for extended periods often develop interior issues such as surface deterioration, moisture-related damage, outdated finishes, and general wear. In this project, Baccuma Construction completed a full interior restoration to bring the home back to a clean, functional, and move-in-ready condition.
The scope of work included interior repairs, preparation of walls and surfaces, correction of cosmetic imperfections, and a complete interior refresh designed specifically for manufactured home materials and construction methods.
