For this project we came in right after the new manufactured home was set and joined together on site. We finished all drywall seams, added texture, and painted the entire open-plan living and kitchen area in a modern gray. Our team installed new baseboards, window and door trims, and completed all ceiling details with recessed lighting and pendants over the island. After trim-out, caulking, and touch-ups, the space turned into a clean, move-in-ready interior that feels like a traditional site-built home.
