For this project we fully removed the old roof down to the decking, replaced all damaged plywood, and installed new drip edge and synthetic underlayment with proper fastening. After that we added ridge venting for better attic ventilation and installed a new architectural shingle roof, carefully aligning every course and sealing all penetrations. The homeowner received a clean jobsite, a watertight roof, and a system that’s ready for Florida weather for many years ahead.
