This project involved interior trim-out work in a double-wide manufactured home produced by Palm Harbor Homes. The scope of work focused on post-set interior finishing after home delivery and setup, bringing the space to a clean, complete, move-in-ready condition.
The project included drywall finishing and corrections after transportation, installation of interior trim elements, door installation and alignment, and final interior painting. All transitions between walls, openings, and trim were carefully adjusted to account for manufactured home tolerances, ensuring consistent lines and proper fit throughout the interior.
Special attention was given to finishing around doorways, windows, and common living areas to achieve a uniform appearance across both sections of the home. The result is a fully finished interior that meets factory standards while providing a clean, durable, and professionally completed living space.
