This project was completed in a double-wide manufactured home that was originally used as a dealer display model and later sold to a private customer. After being removed from the dealer’s lot, the home was transported to the buyer’s property, where it was set again and reconnected after having been previously separated into two sections for relocation.
Because the home had already been fully finished once as a showroom model, the relocation process required partial disassembly and rejoining of interior elements, including walls, ceilings, and transitions along the marriage line. Our scope of work focused on restoring the interior after reinstallation, correcting alignment issues, repairing affected surfaces, and bringing all finishes back to a clean, consistent condition. The result is a properly reassembled and finished interior that no longer shows signs of separation or transport and meets the expectations of a permanent residential installation.
