This project, internally referred to as “The Witch House,” involved a manufactured home that had been stored for an extended period at a mobile home storage yard before being sold. Due to prolonged exposure and unresolved moisture issues, the interior was heavily affected by mold throughout multiple areas of the home.
Our work focused on a full interior restoration, including mold-affected material removal, surface treatment, and corrective repairs after identifying and eliminating active water leaks. Once the source of moisture was resolved, the interior was rebuilt and refinished to restore clean, safe, and livable conditions. The completed result transformed a severely deteriorated interior into a fully restored manufactured home suitable for long-term residential use, with no remaining signs of previous mold damage or water intrusion.
